💼 Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)
The intern will be responsible for supporting the Finance department by performing the following tasks:
- Perform General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and record GL entries in the system.
- Carry out bank reconciliations and handle communications with banks in Sri Lanka regarding inquiries.
- Support day-to-day finance operations.
- Prepare and submit reports as requested by supervisors.
- Gain practical exposure to the Oracle system and other financial platforms.
- Opportunity to complete Chartered Accountancy (CA) articles during the internship period.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Following a degree in Finance, Management Accountancy, or a related field, OR a professional qualification from a recognized professional body (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
