📝 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities within the automobile division.
- Support the vehicle ordering, registration, inspection, and delivery processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of required paperwork.
- Support implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate vehicle movements between showrooms, service centers, and warehouses.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and technical departments.
✅ Candidate Profile (Essential Requirements)
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of operational workflows, logistics, or supply chain processes.
- Skills: Experience in handling documentation, coordination, and customer service.
