- Company: Softlogic Energy, part of Softlogic Holdings PLC (a major Sri Lankan conglomerate with interests in Retail, ICT, Healthcare, etc.).
- Context: Softlogic Group is expanding into the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
📝 Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor CRM data, sales dashboards, and reports for performance insights.
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee project tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency.
- Build detailed sales plans with clear quota breakdowns.
- Align with customer needs to support upsell & cross-sell growth.
✅ Candidate Profile (Essential Requirements)
- Any qualification in Sales/Marketing.
- More than 5 years of experience in sales & marketing in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering/off-grid systems, and EPC sales cycles.
- Should be below 40 years of age.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both oral and written).
- Should be a strong Team Player who can deal with multiple stakeholders.
