  • Adhere to the company Gold Loan policy and guidelines issued regularly.
  • Use and maintain gold loan equipment and tools with care conscientiously.
  • Provide quality and efficient customer service.
  • Create business awareness to attract new customers.
  • Handle cash and work based on instructions.

🧑 The Person (Requirements)

  • Skills:
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a finance company will be an added advantage.
    • Previous experience in Gold Loan Operations will be an added advantage.
  • Other:
    • Age between 19 – 30 years.
    • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
