🔍 Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)
Responsible for achieving the annual audit plan of the Group Internal Audit division.
Execute audits of operational, financial, compliance and other risks.
Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls.
Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to management.
Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational procedures.
Perform special investigations, store audits, and spot audits as directed by the management.
Support the Senior Manager – Internal Audit to develop and implement the audit methodology & functions.
Develop and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
🎓 Candidate Profile (Requirements)
Qualification: Part qualified or a past finalist of CASL/ CIMA/ ACCA.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance from a recognized University.
Experience: Minimum of 04 years of experience in auditing (external or internal) in a reputed audit firm/ commercial establishment.
Knowledge: Excellent knowledge on accounting standards (IFRS/ SLFRS), auditing techniques, and Risk management.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to work with minimum supervision and guidance.
Familiarity with ERP systems & Audit tools such as ACL.
Problem identification and solving capabilities.
