✅ Requirements

• Education: Formal culinary qualification in Pastry/Bakery from a recognized institute or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in pastry preparation in a star-class hotel.
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, chocolate work, and plating presentation.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency in all preparations.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering visually appealing and delicious pastry items.
