🌟 Senior Merchandiser – Product Development (Brandix Essentials – Ratmalana)

Role Purpose

The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for effectively leading the execution of product development for assigned categories, which includes accurate customer order forecasting, sample development, order costing, negotiation, and achieving objectives related to topline, profitability, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Customer Return Index (CRI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing or Clothing Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing PD Merchandising objectives and action plans.
• Drive the achievement of Sample Development OTD and profitability objectives in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage relationships with customers/buying houses.
• Lead and manage the team of Development Merchandisers.
