The Senior HR Executive will be involved in driving HR operations, strategic alignment, digital transformation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR operational activities related to the employee life cycle management and assist the Head of HR in driving the HR strategy.
- Drive the digital transformation of HR processes and systems.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports on key HR metrics, trends, and insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
⭐ Profile of the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education/Qualification: A degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized university or an institute.
- Experience: Overall 3–5 years experience in HR (Minimum 2–3 years experience in an HR generalist role will be a distinctive advantage).
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (excellent verbal and written skills).
- Ability to perform duties with minimum supervision.
- Expertise on advance MS Excel.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.
