💼 Job Profile

The Trainee Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy in various operational and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting daily audits, compliance testing, investigations, and physical cash counts.
• Assisting the Manager in developing policies, procedures, and SOPs related to hospital and laboratory finance functions.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of:
  • Cash & credit card collection
  • Hospital billing SOPs
  • Guidelines for doctor payments
  • Liability (both manual and system-based)

⭐ Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Education: An Undergraduate in Business Administration coupled with part qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Knowledge:
  • Knowledge on accounting standards, SAP, and MS Office packages is required.
  • Individual with internal audit experience would be an added advantage.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to details as an added advantage.
