🎯 Purpose of the Role
The position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience at Dilmah’s outlets and is responsible for managing and successfully organizing special events held at those locations.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure service orientation is executed according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Handle all inquiries and follow up on leads for events.
- Ensure all aspects of customer requirements are met for events.
- Maintain professional work ethics and practices with all stakeholders.
- Ensure the Quality Assurance aspect of the location by collaborating with chefs and support staff.
- Contribute to overall sales targets for the location (including event sales).
- Communicate with the Head Office on any issues.
⭐ Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Food Service, or Hospitality Management.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of related experience.
- Skills:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands and unexpected situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
