Job Description

🎯 Purpose of the Role

The position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience at Dilmah’s outlets and is responsible for managing and successfully organizing special events held at those locations.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure service orientation is executed according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Handle all inquiries and follow up on leads for events.
  • Ensure all aspects of customer requirements are met for events.
  • Maintain professional work ethics and practices with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure the Quality Assurance aspect of the location by collaborating with chefs and support staff.
  • Contribute to overall sales targets for the location (including event sales).
  • Communicate with the Head Office on any issues.

⭐ Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Food Service, or Hospitality Management.
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years of related experience.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
    • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands and unexpected situations.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
