Key Requirements (You should ideally:)
Possess a minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in Commercial Banking, with experience in branch credit and operations knowledge being an added advantage.
Have fair knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank.
Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a flair for excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities (You will be mainly responsible for:)
Assisting the branch with credit activities and operational activities.
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with the policies and guidelines set by the Bank and regulators.
