💼 The Profile (Key Responsibilities)
The Trainee Executive – Internal Audit will primarily focus on supporting the audit function and contributing to overall departmental efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Safeguarding the company against potential loss.
- Contributing to the enforcement of branch systems and procedures.
- Filing of audit decisions and working papers.
- Contributing to the cost effectiveness of the department.
- Contributing to a positive climate in relations between the Audit department and branches/departments.
- Assisting to do Gold Loan Audits when required.
✅ The Person (Required Qualifications)
The ideal candidate for this Trainee position should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance.
- Professional: Full or part qualified in ICASL / CIMA / ACCA.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management.
- Advantage: Knowledge of security systems and facilities management is an advantage.
