✅ You Should Ideally Have:
- Possess approximately 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
- A full or part professional qualification acceptable to the bank will be a definite advantage.
- Be attentive to detail and possess a fair knowledge of branch operations.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have excellent team working and problem solving skills.
🔑 You Will Be Mainly Responsible For:
- A critical operational role within the branch, focusing on:
- Transaction authorization
- Clearing processes
- Cash management
- Compliance
- Customer service
- Ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of financial transactions while adhering to regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
