MARKETING MANAGER- ASSETS PORTFOLIO MARKETING DEPARTMENT

You should ideally:

• Possess overall 10 years of experience with a minimum 6 years of hands-on marketing experience including ATL, BTL & Digital Marketing.
• Possess a degree in marketing or business administration / CIM (UK) fully or partially qualified.
• Possess good knowledge in creative conceptualizing, project management, critical thinking and strategic thinking.
• Possess good personal skills, communications skills, project management and resource management.

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Developing annual marketing plan & GTM plans to drive business & marketing objectives of the assets portfolio of the bank.
• Managing DFCC’s asset portfolio brand equity effectively and ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinating with relevant agencies and develop effective campaigns and materials.
• Liaising with PR, media and digital marketing teams/agencies and provide the required awareness & exposure for the portfolio.
• Developing of all marketing promotional material relating to all assets products of the bank.
• Supporting the sustainability unit to implement the bank’s sustainability strategy.
• Managing budget & ROI for all marketing initiatives carried under assets products.
• Contributing towards operational activities of the marketing department and carry out participation in staff, branch activities.
• Adhering to service level standards for on-time delivery of GTM activities.
