Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities focus on strategic financial leadership and analysis:

Deliver strategic financial insights to support business decisions across revenue, cost, and investment areas.
Align budgets and forecasts with business plans through cross-functional collaboration.
Identify value creation opportunities via financial analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling.
Govern cost-saving and productivity initiatives, ensuring delivery and accountability.
Evaluate new projects, pricing strategies, and resources used to optimize returns.
Lead financial input for new product development (NPD), automation, and transformation initiatives.
Drive efficiency through smarter reporting, analytics, and digital tools.
Present clear performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Analyze industry data and trends to improve the quality of decision-making.
Work with an AI evolving and digitizing operational setup.

The Person (Qualifications)

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
A recognized professional qualification such as CIMA/CA/ACCA is mandatory.
Advanced Excel analysis and SAP skills.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
