Job Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption and optimization of digital banking solutions to enhance customer experiences.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee payment reconciliation, settlement processes, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate API banking solutions seamlessly.
- Develop and execute business-driven strategies to expand digital commerce offerings.
- Conduct product testing, stakeholder workshops, and training sessions to promote new digital initiatives.
- Analyze data trends to improve product performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, agreements, and internal policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital commerce, API banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and fintech solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
