Cancellations & Refunds for Paid Services

• Job Seekers: Access to basic job search and application features is free. No refunds apply.
• Employers:
  • You may request cancellation of a paid service (e.g., premium job posting) within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been fully utilized (e.g., job post not published).
  • After 7 days or once the service is activated, refunds are generally not available.
  • To request a refund, email career@jobslanka.lk with your transaction details.

Non-Refundable Items

• Fees for services already rendered (e.g., published job posts) are non-refundable.
• Any abuse or unauthorized use of services will result in termination without refund.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
