OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR – VEGETABLES & FRUITS (MATTEGODA)
Be the heart of our freshness journey – from farm to customer.
| What You’ll Do | What You Should Have |
| * Supervise the loading, unloading, and sorting of fresh produce | * G.C.E. A/L qualification (a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture is a plus) |
| * Check the quality of vegetables and fruits every day | * 1–2 years’ experience in a store or warehouse environment |
| * Work with suppliers and transporters to make sure deliveries run on time | * Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel |
| * Keep track of records and support smooth warehouse operations | * Good communication and leadership skills |
| * Guide and support your team to get | * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly |
