PROGRAM MANAGER – AESTHETICS CONSULTING BUSINESS (REMOTE)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and KPIs to support scaling, ensuring seamless integration of enhancements and streamlined client experiences.
- Collaborate with the lead consultant, HOD, and cross-functional teams to refine, package, and iterate on consulting offerings, including service packages, operational tools, and growth frameworks tailored for aesthetics practices.
- Partner with marketing and sales to align product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure a best-in-class client experience through effective processes, tools, and resources.
- Conduct market research on aesthetic industry trends (medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery), incorporate best practices into offerings, and prioritize roadmaps for scalable improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs (e.g., retention rates, client satisfaction), analyze feedback, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Lead client retention strategies by improving service delivery and overseeing project management for program launches, including testing and adoption metrics.
Expected Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in product management, program management, operations, or business strategy, with proven expertise in developing, refining, building, or scaling business processes, services, or products.
- Strong execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and integrate user feedback.
- Proven experience in business process development or scaling initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with client-facing and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in market analysis and a passion for business growth.
- Preferred but not required: Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, or consulting sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Comfortable thriving in a fully remote environment.
- Age Between 25-35 Years
Work Hours & Expectations
- Since BizyCorp serves US clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame:
- Work Schedule Commitment: Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night.
- Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
- You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)
- This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night or early-morning work.
