✔ Academic Leadership: Oversee all branch operations, ensuring high-quality Cambridge English exam preparation
✔ Student Recruitment: Drive enrollment and achieve branch targets
✔ Team Management: Lead and inspire a dedicated educational team
✔ Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to students and parents
✔ Weekend Operations: Manage weekend classes and activities

🎯 We’re Looking For:

✅ Education: Degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institute
✅ Experience:

  • 2-3 years in the service industry (education sector experience preferred)
  • Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement
    ✅ Skills:
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work weekends
