About the Role:
H Connect International, a leading BPO company and a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, is seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to join our team. This role involves conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of tailored financial strategies to meet our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of client financial information, including investments, assets, liabilities, and income, to support the creation of financial plans.
• Gather and evaluate financial data, market trends, and investment products to provide insights and recommendations to advisors.
• Assist in the preparation and creation of financial plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to client financial information and plans.
• Collaborate with advisors to address client inquiries and concerns, providing necessary information and clarification on financial plans.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the efficiency of paraplanning activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a paraplanning role (preferred).
• Proficiency in paraplanning software/tools (X Plan).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the Australian financial services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational abilities.
