Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements specified in RFPs, EQs, and RFCs.
  • Assist the Presales Lead in liaising with Account Managers and technical teams to identify exact client requirements.
  • Meet with stakeholders (clients, internal resources, and third parties) to clarify overall requirements of assigned presales projects.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and delivery approach by involving relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure presales tasks run smoothly and are delivered on time.
  • Schedule progress meetings and communicate status updates.
  • Identify any impacts on presales delivery early and implement necessary mitigation/contingency plans.
  • Support in managing presales status reports and updates.
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, tracking meeting minutes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project proposal documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining presales document repositories.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
