We are on the lookout for a Scanning / Document Management Assistant for a well
Reputed Bank located in Colombo 01
Job Duties
- Scanning GTRF related documents in to GTRF related systems
- Managing the GTRF Customer counter.
- Data Capturing.
- Filing Export DCs , maintaining audit copies, handling Export DC related Archives.
- Filing Export repayment schedules
- Assisting with Export repayment schedules Archiving Process.
- Dispatching Export documents as per laid down guidelines.
- Dispatching Export Bill advices.
- Filing Export bill schedules copies, attaching swift messages (amendment, repayment advices etc) on to the bill schedules.
- Retrieving Export LCs/ schedules etc filing room as and when required.
- Handling re-paid packing credit applications (with customer instructions) and related Archives.
- Maintaining and filing Import DC folders.
- Dispatching Import DC advices.
- Filing and maintaining records of Import Bills recorded, accepted, retired.
- Assist Transaction Document Team with Bill retrieval process.
- Dispatching Import Bill documents and advices to customers.
- Creating and maintaining Bank Guarantee Folders.
- Ensuring Bank Guarantees are ready for collection.
- Supporting the document archival process of import export loan documents.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English is a must
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages would prefer.
- Strong Data Background required with Microsoft Office Packages including Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience in scanning and systems related
- Age below 35 years
Salary: – Between Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- (depending on the skill level)
