Position: Quality Assurance Engineer (Freelance)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis for a 2-3 month project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, test automation, and performance testing, with experience in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing using Selenium Web Driver.
  • Conduct performance testing using JMeter.
  • Test web services and APIs to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Perform mobile testing across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software by meeting project milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Strong understanding of software testing techniques and QA processes.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in test automation using Selenium Web Driver.
  • Experience in performance testing with JMeter.
  • Familiarity with testing web services and APIs.
  • Mobile testing experience across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of test management software and SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Salary: Negotiable
