Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Presales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the presales process, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, account managers, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements as specified in RFPs, RFIs, and RFCs.
  • Assist the Presales Lead in liaising with account managers and technical teams to identify client needs.
  • Meet with stakeholders (clients, internal resources, and third parties) to clarify project requirements.
  • Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and delivery approach.
  • Ensure presales tasks are completed on time and any potential delays are mitigated.
  • Schedule and track progress meetings, providing regular status updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including proposals, plans, and reports.
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, documenting meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining presales document repositories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
