About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. Our client, part of a large European organization, empowers electronic document services for global brands and governments across Europe. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing system behaviors, and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, breaking them down into logical components.
- Configure tools, understand system integrations, and debug issues effectively.
- Investigate and resolve application and system-related problems.
- Logically connect different system components and understand their dependencies.
- Work independently to take ownership of technical configurations and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the onsite team in the EU to ensure smooth operations.
Your Profile:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude with experience in configuring tools and debugging issues.
- Familiarity with SQL, logs, or basic scripting (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of web applications and configurations (basic knowledge of the Grails framework is a plus).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills to collaborate with the onsite team in the EU.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
