Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the interior design team to ensure high standards of design and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into creative, functional design solutions.
  • Develop innovative interior design concepts, spatial layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to align with project design ethos.
  • Work with architects, contractors, and consultants to maintain design integrity and quality.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices.
  • Stay updated on design trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Chartered Architect status is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in interior design or architecture, with a focus on leading design teams and managing high-profile projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and innovative design thinking.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
