Role Overview:
As an Executive in Consumer Loans, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the existing customer portfolio, expanding the customer base, and promoting the bank’s products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the existing customer portfolio to ensure long-term relationships and retention.
- Expand the customer base by prospecting for new clients and discovering business opportunities through branch networks, referrals, and partnerships.
- Promote the bank’s products and services, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on market competitiveness and drive new initiatives to grow the bank’s business.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and branches to identify clients who require special attention.
- Drive product sales by identifying opportunities to offer additional services to existing and potential clients.
- Work closely with branches to ensure alignment with client goals, sales targets, and service expectations.
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Full/part qualification in Banking or Marketing/Sales from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in the banking or financial industry, with at least 2 years in consumer loans.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record in sales and cross-selling financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with branch teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
