Role Overview:
As an Executive/Assistant Manager in Risk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of risk management policies and procedures, facilitating business continuity planning, and conducting operational risk assessments. You will also serve as the ESG risk management officer within the Risk Management Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process.
- Conduct operational risk assessments at the branch level.
- Serve as the ESG risk management officer within the Risk Management Division.
- Undertake additional risk assessment assignments as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Full or part qualification in professional disciplines such as CA, CIMA, IBSL, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution.
- Knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
