Role Overview:
As a Junior Finance Executive – Foundation Accounting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy for the Intrepid Foundation’s global initiatives. You will process donations and disbursements, reconcile accounts, support audits, and maintain financial integrity across multiple entities. This role involves handling transactions in ERP systems, recording donor information, and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring every dollar raised makes a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process donations and disbursements accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts and support audit processes.
- Maintain financial integrity across multiple entities.
- Handle transactions in ERP systems and record donor information.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent professional certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Finance role.
- Understanding of QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in Excel is beneficial.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Management or Financial Accounting is an advantage.
