About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis for a 2-3 month project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance processes, with hands-on experience in test automation and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
  • Perform manual and automated testing using Selenium Web Driver.
  • Conduct performance testing using Jmeter.
  • Test web services and APIs to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Perform mobile testing across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Utilize test management software and SQL for test tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field from a recognized university.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Strong understanding of software testing techniques and QA processes.
  • Experience in test planning, effort estimation, and test case design.
  • Proficiency in Agile Software development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium Web Driver for test automation.
  • Experience in performance testing using Jmeter.
  • Familiarity with testing web services and APIs.
  • Mobile testing experience across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of test management software and SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
