Salary Range: LKR 200,000 – 250,000 (Negotiable)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist (Technical/Software) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and customer handling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with European customers (USA, UK). This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with European customers.
- Drive sales of technical/software products and solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Utilize MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI, PPT) for reporting and presentations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala.
- G.C.E. A/L with a Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a Certificate in CIM/SLIM.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales (Software Sales experience is an advantage).
- Computer literacy (MS Office package) is compulsory.
