We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in providing detailed financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.

Position: Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and manage financial performance and variances.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualifications in CIMA or ACCA.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
