Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Manager – Tax. This role is responsible for leading and managing tax compliance, tax planning, and tax risk management for AMW Capital Leasing & Finance PLC, as well as driving the tax strategy within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of the Group Tax strategy in AMWCL from a planning, compliance, and risk management perspective.
• Ensure correct and timely filing of all Tax Returns based on country-specific tax calendars.
• Build relationships and interact with stakeholders to provide excellent tax advisory expertise on business transactions.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks in AMWCL to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Manage the tax provision process and supervise tax balances on the general ledger.
• Ensure all documents are collected on a central database and handle requests for information.
• Manage tax audits in collaboration with Group Tax.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Taxation.
• Proficient in MS Office package.
• Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
