Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our Awissawella Branch. This role is crucial for managing financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle lease payments from clients, whether made in cash, check, or electronically.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Assist clients with inquiries about their accounts, payment issues, or lease agreements.
- Reconcile cash drawers, bank statements, and financial records regularly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Prepare and submit financial reports or summaries as required by management.
- Manage and record petty cash expenditures.
Qualifications:
- GCE (Advanced Level) or Diploma in Business Administration/Finance.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Effective communication and people management skills.
- Proficiency in cash handling and computer literacy.
