Job Description:
We are seeking a professional with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or fund mobilization within the banking, finance, or insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving fund mobilization and promoting our fixed deposits and savings products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote fixed deposits and savings products to potential clients.
- Identify and target new market segments to expand our customer base.
- Manage and grow the deposit portfolio.
- Secure funds from high-net-worth individuals and the general public.
- Assess local market conditions and identify business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualifications.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- A qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) or Banking is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
