About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to take on the role of Executive/Assistant Manager in Risk Management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies while growing your career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process.
- Conduct operational risk assessments at the branch level.
- Serve as the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risk management officer within the Risk Management Division.
- Undertake additional risk assessment assignments as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Full or part qualification in professional disciplines such as CA, CIMA, or IBSL.
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
