Position: Payment Recovery Assistant
Department: Engineering Business Unit
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customers’ accounts and collect outstanding balances for generator service contracts.
- Conduct negotiations on outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and share reports on overdue accounts and payment recovery progress with management.
Candidate Profile:
- Completion of GCE Advanced Level (A/L).
- A diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience, preferably in a service or industrial sector.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
