About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/AM Treasury and Finance Services to oversee centralized payments and treasury functions across the hospital group, ensuring accuracy, internal control compliance, and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee centralized payments and treasury functions across the hospital group, ensuring accuracy, internal control compliance, and timely service delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting and liquidity monitoring while managing banking relationships and optimizing cash flow strategies.
- Ensure the proper maintenance, organization, and archiving of financial documents, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Manage the company’s debtor portfolio, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong relationships with customers while optimizing cash flow.
- Oversee all financial aspects of project management within the organization, ensuring strict financial controls and adherence to reporting standards.
- Manage all tax-related matters for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely filings.
Key Requirements
- A Qualified Member of a professional accounting body, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, or any other related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of internal controls, corporate taxation, up-to-date accounting standards, and experience with SAP.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of managerial experience in a mercantile environment, with at least 3 years of audit experience (preferred).
- Team management skills, ensuring process integrity, and the ability to identify and address procedural discrepancies.
Salary
250K – 300K (Negotiable)
