About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Finance Management Accountant to join our team in Colombo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage management accounts.
• Consolidate and analyze financial statements and results.
• Oversee all banking aspects, including cash-flow management and forecasting.
• Manage Accounts Receivables and Payable functions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to present financial information clearly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified with CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). Part qualification in Chartered Accountancy (CA) is an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a senior finance role within a large organization or group of companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
