We Are Hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer!
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a QA engineer with a focus on automation.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior QA engineers.
- Proficiency in QA Automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JavaScript, and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support on testing methodologies and best practices.
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans, including risk assessments and test coverage analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), including integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews for automated tests and provide feedback to improve test quality and efficiency.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the development process.
- Stay updated on the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
