Join our team as a Junior ERP Executive and make your mark!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and create accurate SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) and configure SAP B1 to meet client needs.
  • Conduct end-to-end SAP B1 implementation, including documentation.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand and document business processes and requirements.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure the system aligns with and meets end-user requirements.
  • Deliver ERP support to internal teams on demand.
  • Assist in project planning, milestones, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct regular monitoring related to data accuracy, malpractices, and license management, and escalate arising issues.
  • Train end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Stay updated on business best practices and SAP functional knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or HND in a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an Information Technology-related job. Experience in any ERP is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to SAP queries and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sound knowledge of SQL Server and database administration is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting practices is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of documenting processes and assisting in training end-users effectively and in a friendly manner.
