About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Assistant Manager for Treasury and Finance Services to oversee and optimize our financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our treasury and finance functions within a dynamic hospital group environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee centralized payments and treasury functions across the hospital group, ensuring accuracy, internal control compliance, and timely service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and liquidity monitoring, while optimizing cash flow strategies.
• Maintain, organize, and archive financial documents in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
• Manage the company’s debtor portfolio to ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee financial aspects of project management, ensuring strict financial controls and adherence to reporting standards.
• Handle all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely filings.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified member of a professional accounting body with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of internal controls, corporate taxation, up-to-date accounting standards, and experience with SAP.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of managerial experience in a mercantile environment, with at least 3 years of audit experience (preferred).
• Strong team management skills, ensuring process integrity and the ability to identify and address procedural discrepancies.

Salary:

• LKR 250K – 300K (Negotiable)
