Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive in Research & Development at our manufacturing facility in Kottawa. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, from concept to commercialization, in a globally recognized company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and alternative materials for glove applications.
  • Lead new product development projects from conceptualization to commercialization.
  • Conduct product, process, and new materials validation across different plants.
  • Ensure new products meet legal and regulatory requirements in all markets served.
  • Develop samples for various customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Production, and Engineering, for team-based projects.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science and Technology. A postgraduate qualification in Polymer Science and Technology is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the glove industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
