Position: IE Executive/IE Officer (Work Study Officer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare line balancing and layouts for style changeovers.
• Conduct industrial engineering and time study methods, including Yamazumi.
• Develop skill development plans for team members to achieve desired output.
• Provide technical and work method guidance to ensure smooth bulk production.
• Verify the validity of Standard Minute Values (SMV) and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, legal, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with IE, Quality, Technical, Production, and HR teams to enhance production capacity through method improvement, skill development, and resource optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize WIP, improve throughput time, and reduce overall costs.
• Integrate the latest manufacturing advancements for optimum efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Work Study Officer or Junior Executive in the apparel industry.
• Knowledge of team manufacturing principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of quality control methods and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industrial engineering software.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in the apparel industry.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
