AAC Flight Academy, the premier aviation training academy in Sri Lanka, is the oldest operational flying training school in the country. Located within the Colombo International Airport, Ratmalana, we offer Private and Commercial Pilot Licence Training programmes, as well as Airline Transport Pilot Licence Theoretical Knowledge Training, all approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka.
We Are Hiring:
AAC Flight Academy is seeking dynamic and qualified individuals for the following full-time positions:
- Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor
- Theoretical Knowledge Instructors
General Requirements:
- Pleasant personality with good social etiquette
- High integrity and ability to meet deadlines
- Sound analytical and planning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
- Flexible approach to work
- Team player
Post-Specific Requirements:
Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor:
- Extensive experience as a PPL/ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Instructor
- CPL/IR issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka; FI Rating preferred
- Theoretical Knowledge Instructor Licence is an advantage
Theoretical Knowledge Instructors:
- Possess a CPL/IR issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka
- Successfully completed ATPL Knowledge Examinations
- Completed a course in instructional techniques/train-the-trainer course
- Previous instructional experience preferred but not essential
