Position: Banking Assistant/Senior Banking Assistant – COD: Remittances
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all exchange company deals within established SLAs.
- Ensure LMT transactions are promptly canceled and transferred to respective exchange company accounts.
- Take timely action in case of disruptions and escalate to IT for rectification.
- Raise chargeback requests on time with due diligence.
- Reconcile the LMT suspense account on a daily basis.
- Monitor LMT transactions daily to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Part qualification in Banking will be considered an advantage.
- Strong skills in time management, problem-solving, and leadership.
- Adequate communication skills.
Candidates with exposure to any of the mentioned areas will be considered for selection.
