Positions Available:
- Branch Manager
Locations: Galle, Karapitiya, Walasmulla, Maharagama, Mathugama, Kiribathgoda, Kurunegala - Assistant Branch Manager
Locations: Negombo, Kuliyapitiya, Minuwangoda, Kiribathgoda, Kurunegala
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Management, or a professional qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a banking or non-banking financial institution.
- Experience in Fund Mobilization, Commercial/Personal Lending, and a strong track record in Recovery Mechanisms.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team of approximately 10 personnel.
- Proven capability to achieve set targets successfully.
- Strong PR and Negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in a similar position within a finance company will be an added advantage.
