Job Role:
As the Manager – Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and enforcing quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure products meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Supervising quality control teams and processes to monitor product quality and address any deviations from set standards.
• Providing training to staff on quality assurance practices, product handling, and ensuring quality compliance at all levels of operations.
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure raw materials and products meet quality standards before entering the distribution chain.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on quality assurance performance, trends, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
External Candidates:

• A degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture, Bio Science, or Nutrition recognized by the U.G.C.
• At least one (01) year of post-qualifying service experience in a relevant field.

Age Requirement:

• Candidates must be between 22 and 45 years old.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary will be in accordance with Government Circulars.
• Permanent appointment with entitlement to EPF and ETF.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT.
• Proven ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the role.
• Of excellent moral character.
