Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the leasing industry.
  • Proven track record in marketing and sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to drive results and meet targets consistently.

Remuneration:

  • Basic salary & allowances: LKR 110,000/-
  • Fuel allowance: LKR 37,698/-
  • Fringe benefits
  • Performance-based incentives
